The Olive Twins — Mini Baguettes

Two mini sourdough baguettes packed with whole Kalamata olives. Crisp crust, open crumb, perfect for sharing or keeping all to yourself.

Naturally leavened, made by hand over 24 hours. Same olive loaf dough, shaped as two baguettes.

Two baguettes per order, approximately 480g total.

The loaf that keeps giving
Every order sends at least one more to another worthy soul. Sometimes they are doing it tough. Sometimes they just need to feel seen that day. Either way, the bread knows where to go.

Ingredients
Bakers flour (contains gluten), water, Kalamata olives, Celtic salt, live starter.

Pickup only, no delivery
Collect from Broadmeadows, near Olsen Place. Full address emailed with your order.

Ordering + pickup
Bake days for these gems are on Friday and Sunday. Orders close at 4pm two days before your chosen bake day. Morning pickup ready by 9:30am, afternoon run at 6pm, Sunday midday pickup at 12pm.

Keeping it well
Store cut side down on a board, not in plastic, cover with tea towel only. Keeps four days on the bench, three months sliced in the freezer.
