The Mini

A single medium loaf, one half of The Twins. Same slow fermented dough, same crackling crust and open crumb, scored with a wheat stalk.

The right size for a smaller household, or for anyone who would rather bake fresh more often than keep a big loaf going all week.

Approximately 450g.

The loaf that keeps giving
Every loaf sold sends at least one more to someone who needs it. Right now, alhamdulillah, we give away more than we sell. A blessing is not something you hold onto.

Every loaf is different
These are handmade and naturally leavened, so appearance, rise, colour and scoring vary from bake to bake. Weight is approximate for the same reason. No two loaves come out the same and that is part of it.

Ingredients
Bakers flour, water, Celtic salt, live starter. Contains gluten.

Pickup only, no delivery
Collect from Broadmeadows, near Olsen Place. The full address is emailed to you with your order. We do not post or deliver, because bread this fresh should not sit in a van.

Ordering and pickup
Bake days are Monday and Friday. Each loaf takes two days to make, so orders close at 4pm two days before your chosen bake day. Morning pickup is ready by 9:30am, the afternoon run is at 6pm.

Keeping it well
Store cut side down on a board, not in plastic. It will keep four days on the bench and three months sliced in the freezer.

Allergens
Baked in a registered kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy and sesame.

Emaanboost stationery and homeware are posted to you. Bread is collected in person from Broadmeadows. Please place your bread as its own order rather than adding it to a stationery order, so nothing gets held up waiting on the other.
