Barakah Butter

Butter made in small batches. Once it comes together the buttermilk is squeezed out by hand and the butter is laid out to dry, then salted. Rich, creamy and made to go straight onto a warm slice.

Choose full cream or lactose free. Both are 80g.

Full cream: cream, Celtic salt.
Lactose free: lactose free cream, Celtic salt.
Both contain dairy.

Pickup only, no delivery
Collect from 28 Elliott Avenue, Unit 1, Broadmeadows VIC 3047. We do not post or deliver.

Ordering and pickup
Bake days are Monday and Friday. Choose your day and slot above: morning pickup is ready by 9:30am, the afternoon run is at 6pm.

Keeping it well
Keep refrigerated and bring to room temperature before spreading.
