A pair of medium loaves from the same slow fermented dough, baked side by side and scored with a wheat stalk. Same crackling crust, same open crumb, just in two.

One for your table and one to give away. Sadaqah is easier when it is already in your hands.

The loaf that keeps giving
Every order sends at least one more to another worthy soul. Sometimes they are doing it tough. Sometimes they just need to feel seen that day. Either way, the bread knows where to go.

Every loaf is different
These are handmade and naturally leavened, so appearance, rise, colour and scoring vary from bake to bake. Weight is approximate for the same reason. No two loaves come out the same and that is part of it.

Ingredients
Bakers flour (contains gluten), water, Celtic salt, live starter.

Pickup only, no delivery
Collect from Broadmeadows, near Olsen Place. Full address emailed with your order. We do not post or deliver, because bread this fresh should not sit in a van.

Ordering + pickup
Bake days are Monday, Friday and Sunday. Orders close at 4pm two days before your chosen bake day. Morning pickup ready by 9:30am, afternoon run at 6pm, Sunday midday pickup at 12pm.

Keeping it well
Store cut side down on a board, not in plastic, cover with tea towel only. Keeps four days on the bench, three months sliced in the freezer.

May contain traces of nuts, dairy, sesame and other allergens. Please order with care if you have a food allergy.

Emaanboost stationery and homeware are posted to you. Bread is collected in person from Broadmeadows. Please place your bread as its own order rather than adding it to a stationery order, so nothing gets held up waiting on the other.
